YORK— Attorney Sara A. Austin of Austin Law Firm, LLC presented at the 16^th Annual Bankruptcy Institute seminar sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) on September 15 from 12:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. in Mechanicsburg at the PBI Conference Center.

Austin presented a workshop entitled “Means Testing 101.”  She discussed issues regarding Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Means Testing calculations and determination of abuse and projected disposable income.
