Austin co-presented an educational session on Act 115 and its implications to community association managers, owner leaders, and fellow attorneys at the CAI (Community Associations Institute) Keystone Chapter’s spring educational symposium/session in Hershey on February 20, 2024. Since May 1, 2023, when Act 115 became effective, Austin Law Firm has worked with condominium and homeowner associations throughout Pennsylvania to determine which provisions of Act 115 apply to them and what, if any, action they must or may take to comply with Act 115. Associations are even now grappling with Act 115 and continue to seek legal guidance from Austin Law Firm.
