On June 26, 2020, Attorney Sara A. Austin co-presented a seminar on PPP loan forgiveness for the Solo & Small Firm Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. The session included the choice of time periods over which loan proceeds may be spent and on what the loan proceeds may be spent – and in what percentages – to be forgivable, as well as the interest rate, repayment term, and first payment date for any amount not forgiven.
