CAI is the Community Associations Institute, a national organization that provides resources and education for condominium, cooperative, and homeowner leaders around the nation, as well as professionals in the industry including community association lawyers. The Keystone Chapter (Home – CAI Keystone) is the home of members in PA and NJ. Attorney Sara Austin is a former Chair of the Chapter’s Central PA Regional Council and current member of the national case law update team.
The Chapter held its annual Managers’ Symposium on March 12, 2024, at Green Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill, PA. There were about 130 people in attendance (a record!). Education sessions included how to de-escalate situations that might (and do) occur in community associations, something that (unfortunately) all community association managers now need in their toolbox.
