On 2/25/2021, a District Court in Texas found the moratorium unconstitutional (see our blog on 2/28/2021 for details). On 2/26/2021, the government (through DOJ) filed an appeal of that decision with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Stay tuned.
