On August 13, 2020, Attorney Sara A. Austin co-presented a seminar on “Preparing for the Continued or Next Wave” as part of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Solo & Small Firm Section annual Conference. Attorney Austin discussed the technology necessary to enable remote work from home, including access to files, phone calls, mail, access to and from staff, staff access to the office/files, and access to clients or other third parties, as well as how to set it up and when to try it out.
